Modified PBT series

Characteristics of PBT material:

1.Excellent heat resistance, with a long-term service temperature of 130°C and a short-term temperature of 200°C.

2.High mechanical strength, with minimal deformation under long-term high loads.

3.Low water absorption, good dimensional stability, and excellent friction and wear resistance.

4.Good flame retardancy, superior electrical properties, and excellent chemical resistance.

LCP series

Characteristics of LCP materials:

1.Ultra-high strength and rigidity.

2.Excellent heat resistance, with a heat deflection temperature reaching 300°C.

3.Good self-flame retardancy, capable of meeting the UL94V0 rating without adding flame retardants.

4.Low coefficient of linear expansion.

Nylon series

Characteristics of PA materials:

1.High mechanical strength and good toughness, with high tensile and compressive strength;

2.Outstanding fatigue resistance, capable of maintaining original mechanical strength after repeated bending for many times;

3.High softening point and heat resistance;

4.Smooth surface, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

PPS series

Characteristics of PPS material:

1.High heat resistance: The heat deflection temperature (HDT) of PPS containing 30% glass fiber (GF) exceeds 250°C;

2.Excellent flame retardancy: It can reach the UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating without adding flame retardants;

3.Good chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and other chemicals;

4.Low ionic content, suitable for components with high electrical property requirements.

PPA series

Characteristics of PPA materials:

1.Superior properties in strength, toughness, and hardness, as well as good crack resistance.

2.It can maintain strength and hardness in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.

3.It has excellent surface gloss and can be colored.

4.It has good processability and allows short injection molding cycle times.

PC modified

Characteristics of PC material:

1.Good dimensional stability, not easy to deform in high or low temperature environments, suitable for manufacturing precision parts.

2.Excellent impact resistance, maintaining good toughness even at low temperatures (-40°C) without easy cracking.

3.Outstanding low-temperature resistance, with a brittle temperature below -100°C, able to retain mechanical properties in extremely cold environments.

4.Excellent insulation and good arc resistance.
