PLASTIC GRANULE
Our company has three automatic machines to make plastic granule, the production capability is more than 6,000 tons per year, mainly producing engineering plastics such as ABS, PA, PBT, PC, POM, PPS, PPA and integrate glass fiber 10%,20%,30%. Our company’s plastic granule materials are widely applied in many fields such as instruments, meters, energy storage, photovoltaics, and electric vehicles. All the materials comply with ROHS and REACH regulations, and have UL certification.
INJECTION FORMING
We produce injection forming parts with high precision and excellent quality, due to our professional mold design team, ultra-high-precision mold processing methods, and reliable and stable fully automatic injection molding machines.
METAL PART-STAMPING

RESISTANCE WELDING
Resistance welding is a welding process used for connecting pure copper parts to pure copper parts, as well as for connecting pure copper to copper alloys. Due to the extremely low contact resistance of this process, it is widely applied in the connection designs of various conductors.
EBW (Electronic Beam Welding)
EBW is a very special welding process. This welding process can connect two different materials together without the overlapping materials. This kind of welding must be completed in a vacuum environment, so the problem of high-temperature oxidation of the welded materials is very slight. This welding method is widely used in the material production of shunts.
BRAZING
